We believe in the quality of our artisanal collection. If you aren't satisfied, we work diligently to rectify the situation with integrity.
5-Day Return Window
You have 5 working days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request for eligible products.
1 Eligibility for Returns
To ensure a fair process for all, items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
- Labels and seals must be intact (especially for Attars/Perfumes).
- Proof of purchase (Order ID) must be provided.
Important Note: For hygiene and purity reasons, Attars and Fragrance oils cannot be returned once the protective seal is broken.
2 The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Razorpay) within 5-10 business days.
3 Damaged on Arrival
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with photos of the damaged product.
We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund for any item that reaches you in less than perfect condition.
